Section Description: This course emphasizes skills necessary to solve complex workplace problems, initiate and complete communication projects, and even challenge and revise outdated or ineffective communication processes and products. We’ll do some work with AI so we understand what it can do, can’t do, and how well it can do it. We’ll learn traditional concepts and skills for an introductory technical writing course. And then we’ll focus on the thinking skills that can help your communication, particularly writing, benefit from AI but demonstrate the thinking and communication skills that you can bring to compose more effectively.
